We are a Specialist Fireplace Showroom & we have been dedicated to our customers for two generations now. Our family run business started with our parents at 'Firecraft' in Ramsgate from the late 1980's. We expanded from there to 'The Fireplace Company' in Broadstairs, which my sister & I have continued to run in loving memory of our father Brian Burns. With his knowledge & teachings our family business has now been established for 38 years & counting...

Due to our lengthy involvement in the fireplace industry, we are able to assist you in a wide range of products.

Our efforts are concentrated on our Professional Fitting Service, so you will experience our personal attention at all times.

This extends to our continued After-Sales Support for years to come, which is of course the most important part of the installation, the reassuring Back-Up Service (something you will NOT receive from a hard-to-reach man & a van job). 

Fireplace installations are often very technical, so we have gained the essential Training & Experience to undertake them safely. Knowing, understanding & being able to put into practice all the current Building Regulations & Safety Guidelines is a task in itself. So our focus is to put you & your family's safety first.

We have our own polite & tidy team of HETAS & GAS SAFE qualified engineers, ready to undertake your Special Requirements. We deliver a Personal Service, where we will install your chosen stove or fire to a truly professional standard. With our vast product knowledge, we will fully explain all your options & recommend the ones that best suit your individual needs.
